About the Architect

La Meridiana has partnered with the renowned architecture and interior design firm of Joaristi & Barascout.

Joaristi & Barascout was founded in 1995 by the merger of Aimee Joaristi Designs with the architectural firm of Enrique Barascout. With over 20 years combined experience, Ms. Joaristi (2004 Costa Rican Interior Design Award recipient) and Mr. Barascout have worked extensively on projects abroad including in Italy, Spain, Belgium and the United States. Their focus is on design, planning and construction of high-end residential real estate projects.

Joaristi & Barascout is characterized by creativity and personalized service, from conceptual preliminary designs to final construction plans. With a staff of 18 – 10 architectural and design staff and 8 individuals specializing in project management, civil and electrical engineering – the firm of Joaristi & Barascout is well equipped to handle a project such as La Meridiana.
